Banks are usually not the most inviting institutes. Filled with endless desks, cold materials and corporate colours, they feel distant and cold. ING felt there was a need to move away from that stereotype. People these days don’t even need banks anymore, but they do need banking. A bank should be about hospitality, a place where everyone feels welcome and at home. A place where conversations are started and relations can be built. A place that sells you reality instead of dreams, talks to you on a humain level and gives you clarity and insight about what really happens to your money. A real personal bank, 'The bank next door'
